The Clinical Education Centre is proud to be joining organisations around the world to celebrate International Nurses Day 2021.
Throughout the pandemic CEC has strived to continue to provide high quality education to the HSC workforce in support of the covid-19 response. Many of the CEC teaching staff have undertaken redeployment to clinical areas during the pandemic to support fellow Nurses and the wider healthcare workforce.
These experiences have been captured in a series of reflections which have had a profound and lasting impact on staff.
The Clinical Education Centre is committed to supporting the delivery of future education and leadership opportunities and to use these clinical engagements to develop educational opportunities for Nurses and other healthcare staff to develop our healthcare system for the future.

The staff of the Clinical Education Centre have worked innovatively to enhance the provision of virtual learning opportunities to ensure that access to education was maintained during the pandemic.
