The HSC Clinical Education Centre (CEC) is a regional service of the Business Services Organisation (BSO). HSCCEC designs and delivers education that supports Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals across Northern Ireland. By working collaboratively with customers and stakeholders we provide a wide range of programmes across a variety of practice settings to meet the learning and development needs of the workforce.
