The HSC CEC are delighted to introduce the programme Sustain & Revive – Enhancing connections in practice for registered nurses, midwives and AHPs.
This 1 day workshop aims to empower health professionals to cultivate care and compassion in their practice, allowing them to rediscover joy, meaning and purpose in the work.
The purpose of the programme is provide practical tools and strategies for fostering empathy and compassion in health and social care interactions. It aims to enhance participant’s self awareness and ability to practice self compassion and to promote a culture of relational care and support within health and social care teams by integrating compassionate care practice into their daily work routines.
