Mindfulness, Health & Wellbeing
To introduce participants to the application of mindfulness in the promotion of psychological and physical wellbeing.
At the end of this session participants will have:
- Experienced mindfulness exercises emphasising the listening to and acknowledgment of wellbeing experiences.
- Recognised the benefit of being aware of inner experiences and possible improved regulation of emotional responses.
- Identified the benefits of mindfulness and its application in the workplace
