Personal safety and complaints management within the workplace for PHN's
To update Public health Nursing Staff in relation to managing potential aggression, personal safety and complaints within the workplace
By the end of the session, participants will be aware of the principles that underpin:
- Recognising and responding to conflict
- The Trust Lone Worker and Zero Tolerance policies in relation to working in the community
- The Trust policy for responding to complaints
- Their responsibility to read and comply with these relevant policies and risk assessment tools within
NHSCT Public Health Nursing staff (Band 6, 5, & 3)
